The Maryland 4-H Horse Advisory
Council meets bi-annually to discuss and evaluate the Maryland 4-H
horse program and to discuss and plan future horse activities and
events. The Council is made up of representatives from Maryland
Counties that participate in the 4-H Horse Program and is chaired by Willard Lemaster, the 4-H Animal
Science Specialist.
